She is passionate about building genuine relationships, creating opportunities for collaboration, and understanding how organizations actually operate.
Nicole complements Jordan's technical and AI expertise by bringing the business, people, and operations perspective to every engagement. Software and AI projects succeed or fail based on how well they fit the people and processes already in place, and Nicole keeps that front and center.
